Korsgaard Law provides legal advice within the fields of Financial Regulation, General Corporate Law, M&A and advice on Anti Money Laundering matters. I provide services online, to all of Denmark and to foreign clients. I am not locally anchored to a place in Denmark, and I provide services to all clients. My background

I started my career as a trainee solicitor at the law firm
Bruun & Hjejle in 2013, working primarily with Finance,
Financial Regulation and M&A. In 2014 I switched to Kromann Reumert, where I have worked – first as a trainee solicitor
and since 2014 as a Solicitor until May 2020. My prime focus
at Kromann Reumert has been M&A, Financial Regulation
and General Corporate Law with Anti Money Laundering
as a secondary focus.

I have been provided with the opportunity to work with a wide
range of assignments, and I have vast negotiation experience –
both orally and in written mark-up settings.

During my time in Kromann I have been on secondment twice –
once with a major Danish energy company (Ørsted) and once
with a life insurance company.
